Shri Thanedar, an Indian-origin millionaire businessman who ran for Governor two years in the past, has been elected to the Home of Representatives in Michigan with 93 percent votes.
Mr. Thanedar, 65, also a scientist, raised a record-breaking USD 438,620, primarily from his personal wealth, within the state Home main against six different opponents of the Democratic Get together.
